With our house rental you can plan your own holiday with family and friends from mid June to mid January
Our house is a four bedroomed, four bathroomed canal home right on the water.
It can sleep eleven comfortably and you can hire your own boat or book your own guide to fish with.
Upstairs there is an open plan lounge, television, DVD player, full kitchen, dining area leading to upstairs deck with bar-b-que, outside dining area and sunbeds.
Downstairs there is a small kitchen and dining area.
There is a fully screened, Florida lounge overlooking rear garden and dock, table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 downstairs has a queen-sized bed, single bed, en suite shower & toilet, television, patio leading on to sun deck.
Bedroom 2 downstairs has 3 x single beds, television, opposite toilet & shower, patio to Florida lounge leading to rear garden and dock.
Bedroom 3 downstairs has 3 x single beds, ensuite bath and toilet, television.
Bedroom 4 upstairs has a king-sized bed, shower, television, patio leading to upstairs deck.
There is a rear garden with deck area, hot tub, bar-b-que, sunloungers, chairs, tikki huts, and 65 foot dock with power, light and water.
Less than £100 per person per week!

Weekly rate
The house will sleep up to eleven and can accommodate 2 large families comfortably or a group of friends. The cost per week from mid June to mid December is £1000. The Christmas and New Year period is £1250 per week. Periods of more than one week are calculated on a daily basis of £140 per day.
Monthly rate
The monthly rate of 4 weeks is £3000 - making the 4th week free, There is a utility cap for water and electric of £100 - any amount over this will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cleaning
A charge of £140 is made for cleaning after each rental.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required of £500 returnable after the property has been cleaned and inspected.
Deposit and payment terms
A £250 non-returnable deposit is required with your booking with the remainder of monies to be paid by 6 weeks before the rental.
Fishing and boat rental
Guided fishing and boat rental can be arranged – prices on application.
All flights, car hire and insurance are not included in the price but we can help you with this if you need assistance. We do not include this in the package as many people like to stay extra days in the Keys or travel up to Orlando to extend their holiday so we leave you with the flexibility of picking your own flight, car and holiday insurance.
