First check out the dates that are available and pick when you want to
go, then check with us that those dates are still clear.
Next we will send you a booking form for you to fill in and return to us with your deposit of £400. Once we have received your booking form and deposit your place is secure and no further payment is needed until 1st September for the January February holiday or 1st December for the March to June holiday.
After we receive your final payment we will send all the details of how to get to the house and your fishing schedule. At this point we will also ask you if you wish to book extra trips. Although extra fishing can usually be arranged when you are on your holiday it is often better to give this some thought in advance as the better skippers tend to get booked up early as this is a busy time and you may not always get the best guides if you leave it too late.
Before you arrive in the Keys for your holiday is easier if you have obtained your fishing license on line. This can be easily done through the website at www.floridaconservation.org You must take your fishing license on all fishing trips.
You need to book your flights and this can also be done easily on line. Our nearest main airport is Miami. You will also most definitely need to hire a car as nothing is in walking distance in the Keys and there are no car hire companies in Islamorada.
On your fishing trips you will need a pair of polaroid sunglasses, a hat, a high factor suncream, a light waterproof jacket and probably your camera. All of these can be purchased when you are there if you do not have them already.
